Twitter announced a live test that is allowing a small group of writers in Canada, Ghana, the United Kingdom, and the United States to create long-form article-style content in tweets.
The feature, called Notes, allows for rich formatting and gives users the ability to embed images, video, and other tweets into their content.
Notes will behave like native tweets in that they can be tweeted, retweeted, and sent in DMs.
Users with access to the feature will have a "Write" tab to compose their content, while a Notes tab will show all their published Notes to followers.
