Tiny Offers: How Low-Ticket Offers Can Accelerate Your Growth
Are you tired of giving away free content that doesn't convert? Do you want to attract buyers instead of freebie seekers?
Discover how to create high-converting tiny offers—low-ticket digital products designed to build an audience of engaged buyers that generate consistent revenue.
A tiny offer is "a small, irresistible digital product, usually between $7 and $47 for B2C audiences, focused on providing a solution to one very specific problem." The offer fixes one pain point for your buyer and creates a quick win for your audience.
By solving a specific problem rapidly, tiny offers transform the traditional marketing funnel. Instead of giving away free content, hoping people will eventually buy, you're immediately building a list of customers who have invested in your expertise.
As Allie Bjerk, a demand generation strategist who helps marketers and entrepreneurs skip launches and build profitable automated systems that scale, notes, "People who pay pay attention." When someone purchases even a low-ticket item, they're more likely to consume the content, implement the solution, and experience results from your teaching.
The traditional marketing model assumes you need extensive time for people to know, like, and trust you. Tiny offers flip this model by providing value upfront, accelerating the trust-building process, and creating an audience of buyers rather than passive subscribers.
"It's really based on dopamine," explains Allie. "When you focus on getting customers a quick win, it starts to transform the buyers themselves—they start seeing themselves in a little bit different way."
This psychological shift is key to tiny offers' effectiveness. Just like webinars or challenges help people have transformations and shift beliefs before entering your higher-ticket programs, low-ticket offers can create the same paradigm shifts when designed correctly.
Why Charge Instead of Giving It Away?
You might be wondering why you shouldn't just give away your tiny offer content for free to attract more leads. Bjerk explains that the quality of the lead matters more than quantity.
Free offers often attract people who collect resources without implementing them. When they receive your follow-up emails, they may not remember signing up and unsubscribe.
You want to make sure you're growing your list full of people who value their time more than their money. Those are the people who have the right attitude or the right mindset to see the value in other things that you have to sell. "When you attract people who want to be there and put their credit card down to come into your world, it's a totally different game," Bjerk notes.
How to Create Your First Tiny Offer
Identify Your Specific Audience
Success with tiny offers begins with precisely defining your audience. The more specific, the better. For example, marketing yourself as someone who teaches study habits is going too broad. You need to narrow your target audience from "people who need help with study habits" to "high school students with ADHD who struggle to study for tests."
Determine What Your Audience Needs
Once you've identified your audience, you need to understand their most pressing problems. If you don't have existing customers to survey, Bjerk recommends three research methods:
-
Look at viral content related to your topic and analyze what people say in the comments.
-
Search your topic on Reddit or join Facebook groups where your audience gathers, then read the questions people are asking.
-
Search Amazon for books related to your topic and read the negative reviews to discover what people felt was missing.
This will help you identify the problem causing consumers the most pain. Your tiny offer will solve the smallest piece of that problem.
Create an Irresistible Offer and Over-Deliver
Focus on providing significant value that delivers a quick win. Create your core content and then repurpose it into multiple formats with slight refinements to design at least three bonus assets to your tiny offer designed to overcome buyer objections.
If your tiny offer is a guide to choosing the best AI model for your needs, an objection might be, "Yeah, this AI guide looks great today, but what happens when the models update?" A bonus asset might be a Google Doc of prompts customers can use that's updated when the AI models are.
This comprehensive approach creates the impression of abundant value so that when the customer logs in, they think, "Wow, I got all this for $27?!'
Price Your Tiny Offer
Pricing your tiny offer correctly depends on whether you're targeting consumers (B2C) or businesses (B2B). For B2C audiences: $7-$27 tends to convert best. For B2B audiences, you can price your B2B offer higher because business owners will view the asset as an investment that will yield a return; $27-$47 is appropriate.

AI Automation Made Easy: How to Get Your Hours Back
For marketers who need to consistently produce content across multiple channels, manage campaigns, analyze data, and stay responsive to market changes, AI automation isn't just helpful—it's becoming essential to remain competitive in today's fast-paced digital landscape.
So, what stops marketers from embracing AI automation? One of the most common barriers is the belief that you can do everything better than anyone (or anything) else.
But here's the thing: if an AI tool can complete a task at 70-90% of your quality level with minimal tweaking required afterward, it can save you significant time and effort, why wouldn't you use it?
What Should I Automate With AI
Start with one specific aspect of your workflow that's particularly burdensome. For example, podcast production involves researching guests, preparing questions, transcribing interviews, creating show notes, and publishing content on various platforms. Each of these steps could be partially or fully automated.
Don't get too hung up on the time savings at this point because even small time savings can have a significant impact. If you save five minutes a day with one automation and 10 minutes a day with another automation, that 15 minutes can be used to do something more strategically significant.
Real-World AI Automation Examples
Scaled Content Creation: Reed created an automation in Mindpal that generates comprehensive marketing content in minutes. The user inputs a URL (a website, blog post, affiliate link, etc. ). The automation reads the content of that web page and creates an outline. Then, it creates a blog post, a video script, social media posts, and email sequences–all of which align with the blog post.
Scaled Lead Magnet Generation: Reed developed an automation for Perry Belcher's "Lead Laundering" course where users could input their niche market or topic, and the tool would automatically create approximately 40 different types of lead magnets. Users could then select the most appropriate ones, make minor adjustments, and start building their email list immediately.
How Should I Automate With AI: The Tech Stack
Process Documentation Tool
Komodo Decks: Komodo Decks records a video of your screen activity and automatically creates a step-by-step guide with screenshots and text descriptions. For example, if you open a web browser, go to Google, type in a search term, and click search, Komodo Decks will capture each step with corresponding screenshots.
The resulting step-by-step documentation can be fed into automation tools to create automated workflows.
Task Automation Tools
Mindpal: Mindpal allows users to create automations for personal use or to share with others. These automations can be embedded on websites, shared as links, offered as opt-in incentives, or sold as products.
One of Mindpal's most powerful features is its ability to generate an automation based on a simple description, for example, "I want to automate LinkedIn content creation." This means users don't need to understand all the steps involved in a process; they can describe the desired outcome, and Mindpal will attempt to create an appropriate workflow that can then be refined as needed.
The tool connects to various AI providers, including OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, and Perplexity. For each step in an automation workflow, users can select which AI model to use based on the specific requirements of that step. So you can use Claude to write in one step and switch to ChatGPT in the next step to do some math.
Plus, Mindpal recently introduced features similar to those in Zapier and Make, allowing users to create APIs that can connect to different resources. It even allows users to paste API documentation into the system, automatically creating the necessary automation.
Task Magic: This tool is designed to automate repetitive computer-based tasks. Users can record themselves performing a task, and Task Magic will create an automation based on that recording. Unlike Mindpal, which primarily operates in the cloud, Task Magic works directly on your computer, controlling your browser and other applications. It's particularly useful for tasks like moving data between applications, accepting Facebook friend requests, or performing repetitive browser-based activities.
Zapier and Make: Both tools have extensive integration libraries (Zapier connects with 7,000-8,000 different tools), giving them an advantage over newer platforms like Mindpal. These tools can also be integrated with Mindpal using webhooks and APIs, allowing users to combine the strengths of each platform.
Other AI-Powered Tools Worth Exploring
Reed mentioned a number of other tools he's experimenting with:
Browser-Use: An open-source alternative to OpenAI's Operator that can perform tasks on your computer. While currently "nerdy" and requiring technical knowledge, Reed predicts these tools will become more accessible soon.
Bolt.new: A tool allowing users to create custom applications by describing what they want to build. Though it doesn't necessarily require programming knowledge, some basic understanding can be helpful.
Hero: A smartphone app that combines calendar, reminders, weather, and other functions in one interface to help users stay organized.
Whisper: OpenAI's free transcription tool can be accessed through interfaces like Mac Whisper (for Mac users) or Subtitle Edit (for PC users).

LinkedIn Tests My Network Feed Tab: The platform is testing a new feature that allows users to switch to a feed that only shows updates from their first-degree connections. The experiment provides two tabs: "All" (the default current feed) and "My Network" (displaying only content from connections and followed accounts). LinkedIn has also removed the "Sort" filter on desktop for some members outside the UK, European Economic Area, and European Union to match the mobile experience. The company plans to test this multi-feed setup for five weeks before deciding on the next steps. Source: Social Media Today
TikTok Prepping to Sunset Creator Marketplace: The online platform, which connects brands with creators to collaborate on ads and other sponsorships, will stop allowing creator invitations or the creation of new campaigns as of March 1, the company says. On April 1, the Creator Marketplace will be fully shut down, and the website will redirect visitors to the new TikTok One creative platform instead. While the stand-alone marketplace is going away, TikTok will continue to offer ways for brands and creators to connect through the TikTok One platform. Ahead of the stand-alone Creator Marketplace shutdown, TikTok is encouraging advertisers to migrate their data from the site (or another dashboard called the TikTok Creative Challenge) to TikTok One. The company announced its plan to move its Creator Marketplace to TikTok One last May. Source: TechCrunch
Google Gemini App Updates: The iPhone app has been updated with lock screen widgets and Control Center access. Six circular lock screen widgets are now available: Type prompt, Talk Live, Open mic, Use camera, Share image, and Share file. The main shortcut opens the app with a keyboard ready for typing. Gemini Live can now be launched directly instead of through a two-step process, and an open mic allows direct text prompt entry via voice. Another shortcut launches the in-app camera. The final two shortcuts bring up image or file pickers directly. Any of these six shortcuts can be set as corner buttons on the lock screen or in the Control Center. UI improvements and bug fixes are also included in the update. Source: 9to5Google
Gemini Announces Real-Time Video and Screen Content Queries: A new "Screenshare" feature allows users to share their phone screen with Gemini and ask questions about the content. The company showcased a demonstration video of a user shopping for baggy jeans and asking Gemini for clothing pairing recommendations. The features will be available to Gemini Advanced users subscribed to the Google One AI Premium plan on Android later this month. Source: TechCrunch
Meta Announces Book Release: Click Here: The Art and Science of Digital Marketing and Advertising share key principles and best practices for achieving business growth through digital marketing and cover topics from channel selection to creative testing, generative AI, and building accurate measurement tools. Authored by Alex Schultz, Meta's Chief Marketing Officer and VP of Analytics, the book is scheduled for release on October 7, 2025. Source: Meta
AI Tools Enhance Google Shopping: Vision Match allows users to describe desired clothing items and receive AI-generated visuals with matching shoppable products. New AR beauty features let shoppers virtually try on celebrity-inspired makeup looks, combining multiple products simultaneously using Gemini models. Virtual try-on capabilities now include pants and skirts from hundreds of brands, viewable on diverse models ranging from XXS to XXL. Source: Google
Google AI Overview Updates: Google is enhancing its AI search features. The company has upgraded AI Overviews with Gemini 2.0 in the United States, improving its ability to handle coding, advanced math, and multimodal queries. These overviews are now accessible to teenagers and no longer require users to sign in. According to Google, more than a billion people are already using AI Overviews worldwide. Source: Google
Instagram Contradicts Its Previous Reels Advice: Instagram shared updated Reels posting tips at its NYC creator event, highlighting a significant change from its previous guidance. Last May, Instagram advised creators to avoid Reels longer than 90 seconds, claiming users were less interested in longer content. However, in January 2025, Instagram expanded the maximum Reels length to 3 minutes, with CEO Adam Mosseri citing creator feedback that 90 seconds was "too short." At today's NYC creator event, Instagram presented nearly identical posting tips as last year, with one key difference: now advising against Reels longer than 3 minutes instead of 90 seconds. LinkedIn Experience Centre Opens in UK Headquarters: The Experience Centre is an innovative space designed to bring together customers, social impact organizations, and industry experts across hiring, B2B sales, and marketing. The Centre will provide video content creation support, AI workshops, and access to experts. The Centre will also provide access to ideas, product insights, curated editorial content, and specialized knowledge to support industry and economic growth. Source: LinkedIn
Digg Set to Relaunch: Digg founder Kevin Rose has partnered with Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian to purchase the once-popular content aggregator Digg, betting on an AI-powered revival. They intend to use AI-driven curation to address misinformation and toxic discourse on the platform. Justin Mezzell, who has experience at Google and Facebook, will serve as Digg's CEO. The acquisition is backed by venture capital firms True Ventures, where Rose is a partner, and Ohanian's Seven Seven Six. Rose will serve as Digg's board chair and key advisor. Invites for the revamped version will roll out in the coming weeks as Digg prepares to compete in a crowded social media landscape. Source: Reuters
New Reddit Posting Tools: Features include Community Suggestions to help users find relevant subreddits through a Pick a Community dropdown that recommends appropriate communities based on post content. A Post Check feature will alert users if their content potentially violates community rules before publishing by highlighting problematic content after clicking a wand icon in the post composer. The Post Insights feature has been enhanced to display more detailed performance metrics, including dated information about views, upvotes, and shares. Source: TechCrunch
TikTok Local Services May Expand to US: TikTok's Local Services connects users with local businesses, such as restaurants, hotels, and other service providers. This initiative allows creators to promote local businesses by offering users vouchers or discounts for various services. The company has posted nearly two dozen job listings for positions in Seattle, Los Angeles, and New York to evaluate opportunities to connect local merchants with creators and users. TikTok began testing local services in Southeast Asian markets like Singapore and Indonesia last year, allowing creators to provide users with vouchers for restaurants and hotels. Source: Axios
X Community Timeline Tabs for iOS: You can now browse content by Trending, New, or Popularity (based on Likes) and filter by Day, Month, Week, Year, or All Time. The update also makes it easier to find your own contributions with dedicated tabs for "My posts in this Community" and "My replies in this Community." Source: @DongWookChung2 via X
YouTube Premium Lite Expands to US: Premium Lite gives viewers a new, more affordable way to enjoy most videos on YouTube ad-free for $7.99 per month. In the coming weeks, Premium Lite will be available to all users in the current pilot countries - Thailand, Germany, and Australia.
