Twitter just made it easier for shoppers to get their hands on the latest products from their favorite brands.
Per Twitter, "With Product Drops, when a merchant Tweets about an upcoming launch, you'll see a "Remind me" button at the bottom of the Tweet."
Anyone who clicks on the tweet will see a full-screen product details page with pictures of the product, a description, the price, and a clickable hashtag that shows related tweets from other shoppers.
Clicking on the "Remind me" button will schedule a reminder via the Notifications tag 15 minutes before the drop on launch day.
Clicking on the notification, you'll see a "Shop on website" button to purchase the item on the merchant's website.
Twitter says that for now, "only shoppers in the U.S. who use Twitter in English on iOS devices will be able to see and engage with Product Drops".
