Minggu ini, inSPIREd menampilkan Ahmad Firdaus daripada AMJ Technique Sdn.Bhd.

Berasal dari Terengganu, beliau mewarisi syarikat tersebut daripada abang sulungnya setelah lima tahun beroperasi.

Sepanjang bergelar usahawan, beliau juga tidak terlepas daripada cabaran dan turut pernah ditipu bukan sekali dua, tapi lebih tiga kali oleh pihak yang cuba mengambil kesempatan terhadap bisnes yang diusahakan.

Walaupun berdepan dugaan sebegitu, beliau tidak mengalah dan terus berusaha memperbaiki kelemahan diri dengan menyertai program pementoran SPIRE pada November 2021.

"Niat mula-mula saya masuk SPIRE bukan nak kejar jualan, tapi nak betulkan diri saya dulu sebab tiada ilmu dalam bisnes.

"Saya bukannya datang daripada keturunan berniaga. Saya punya nekad masa itu nak betulkan diri sendiri dulu dari aspek kepimpinan. Masalah saya sebelum ini adalah kepimpinan," jelasnya.

Kini berjaya meraih peningkatan jualan yang mengagumkan, ketahui tindakan tepat yang dilakukannya dalam mengecap kejayaan yang tidak pernah dibayangkan menerusi inSPIREd kali ini.
