- Facebook: Meta is notifying Group admins that it will replace inactive Admins in 6 days.
- Threads: Users can now share posts to Instagram DMs, add custom alt-text to images or video, use a mention button to tag others in a thread.
- TikTok: The platform is further enforcing its requirement that any "synthetic or manipulated media that shows realistic scenes" be clearly disclosed with a "sticker or caption, such as 'synthetic', 'fake', 'not real', or 'altered'."
- YouTube: A number of changes, including the deactivation of links in Shorts descriptions and comments, were announced.
